I guess everyone can have a bad day but when it rains it pours.
I’m sitting here early for my doctors appointment as usual, scared out of my mind. See there is a mass in my right eye according to one eye doctor . So my pcp who hasn’t been available , scheduled me an eye appointment at the main hospital. Well I just got a text that my service dog tore up the bedroom . WTF. I know she needs more training but there was a person in there which she has never destroyed anything large. My husband was asleep and didn’t hear anything. So right now not only am I wasting my time being early sitting here scared, now I have to go home after being dilated just to clean shit up.
Well after being at the doctors since 1130 in the morning. I finally left at 500pm thats messed up. I found out there was only two doctors for both the oral clinic and the eye clinic . People where waiting on the floors to be seen even after they had their eyes dilated. That’s messed up I would have been ok not being there and reschedule but I had to wait it out even after it looked like i was the last one to be seen. THATS MESSED UP.
The nurses well they were a bit touchy probably because they where getting really tired of patients asking how long. Just be truthful next time and before you dilate eyes ask if they want to reschedule.
