You know I sit here in front of my tablet confused and dumb founded. I know its not the pharmacist or the techs fault. I am just flabbergasted, by the shire stupidity of this hospital network. Let me explain.
I take several medications. Three of them, I really need.
- Prozain- For my night Terrors
- Levothyroxine- my thyroid to keep it sorta undercontrol
- Sertaline- and my depression meds.
The others well I use but at this time they are PRN.
Now a days with the band wagon of mental health you would think that these medications would be on the top of the list. You guess wrong. They are more so in making sure your doped up on Gabapentin or Methocarbamol (which both I also take only as needed). Or Tramadol and Trazadone also two meds I take PRN.
I have spoken about the availability of “someone” contacting me or “getting a doctor’s appointment “ This is beyond enough.
I know we have a pandemic. I know the healthcare system is taxed. However that is no excuse the disrespect of medical treatment. I know they are a county hospital however that is no excuse.
I have left a message for my someone at my PCP office to call me about this situation. I doubt anyone will call. Heaven forbid you try calling them head on.
