My Birthday and 45 years old

Well yesterday was my 45th birthday. I never thought I would be sitting in my kitchen pondering my life choices. Such as what I have done, who I have been with, ending chapters and starting anew. Having a rare and chronic disease.

I am here to tell you, I don’t regret a thing. We’ll let me go into that a different way. My choices yes I do regret how they ended up but I don’t regret doing them, and I will and would do them again.

I am about to embark on another new chapter of my life, while fighting this disease. It is very sad that it has taken me this long to do the following.

  • Love myself worts and all
  • To get rid of toxic people, even family members.
  • To do what I am good at and enjoy it.
  • To learn what the block button is and using it on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMs
  • Not caring what others think.
  • Finally not letting anyone take my joy.

The ball is in my court, and is not leaving it.
