I’m not going to fabricate my experience with doctors you have seen that I don’t put up with half-hearted care. Let me explain.
I have always had bad back issues. From days with spasms to days I can lift a truck. Well, when I was diagnosed with Cowden, yeah that pain increased. Even after the shingles. At the beginning of February, I started to receive Medicare and Medicaid. With these two types of insurance if I didn’t like something my main doctors were doing I had some other place to go.
I hate pills. I take a lot due to my medical care. So the one thing I wanted to start looking at was the care for my back. The pain meds I take are for the nerve pain in my neck and I take them only as needed. To be honest here lately that’s been a bit. I have no idea what my levels are so I am going to put a stop to the use of the pain meds.
Well, today I saw my chiropractor. My opinion of him, I was extremely impressed. He was caring and concerned about my medical history. Not to mention the fact of all the undue stress that my body has been going through. He was attending to the actual needs, not just the wants. He walked me through everything. Also he wants to know more about Cowden’s too. Presently if I can get my primary care to give me the same experience also, I will be more inclined to maybe stay with the hospital.
Like I said if something goes wrong and fails, go somewhere else.
